Educational Qualification (शैक्षिक अर्हता) -

1. Graduate or equivalent (स्नातक या समकक्ष)
2. Ex-army personnel - Intermediate (10+2) (सेना के वियोजित कर्मचारियो के लिए इंटरमीडिएट(10+2) )

Age Limit (आयु सीमा) -

1. 01 July 2014 को 21 वर्ष से कम तथा 28 वर्ष से अधिक न हो आर्थात जन्म तिथि 01-July- 1986 से 01-July-93 के मध्य हो.
2. OBC/ ST/ SC/ स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानी आश्रित / होमगार्ड  -   अधिकतम आयुसीमा मे 5 वर्ष की छूट
3. भूतपूर्व सैनिको को उनके द्वारा सेना मे की गई सेवा अवधि को उनकी वास्तविक आयु मे घटाने के उपरांत अधिकतम आयुसीमा मे 3 वर्ष की छूट
4. सेना मे वीरगति प्राप्त सैनिको के परिवार के आश्रितो (विधवा पत्नी/ पुत्र / पुत्री ) को सेना द्वारा निर्गत प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने पर  शासनादेश के अनुरूप आवश्यकतानुसार गुण-अवगुण के आधार पर अधिकतम आयुसीमा मे छूट दी जाएगी.

किसी पुरुष अभ्यर्थी की एक समय मे एक से अधिक जीवित पत्नियां न हो, और कोई महिला अभ्यर्थी किसी ऐसे पुरुष की पत्नी न हो, जिसकी पहले से कोई जीवित पत्नी हो.


शारीरिक नापजोख और दक्षता परीक्षा  - 

आवेदन पत्रो की जाँच के उपरांत अर्ह अभ्यर्थियो की शारीरिक नापजोख उसी जनपद मे होगी, जिस जनपद मे आवेदन पत्र जमा करेंगे. शारीरिक नापजोख की तिथि/स्थान समाचार पत्रो द्वारा दी जाएगी.

उपरोक्त शारीरिक अर्हतायें पूरी करने वेल अभ्यर्थियो को ही शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा  मे शामिल किया जाएगा.शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा केवल अर्हकारी/Qualifying होगी.

शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा के लिए प्रत्येक आइटम मे निम्नानुसार निर्धारित मानक पूर्ण करने वाले को ही सफल घोषित किया जाएगा.

Uttarakhand Group C Exams

Information on Uttarakhand Group C Examination

* Exam notification dates  - 8th Feb 2014/ 9th Feb 2014 (Feb 2014)

* Last date of submitting form - 31st March 2014

* Date of Exam - not known (Last Group C Exams-2011 exam dates were between Jan 2012 to Dec 2013).

Other details of notification are on Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education's (UBTER's) website -  http://www.ubter.in/ who conducts this exam.


As all other details are also mentioned in the uploaded advertisement file.

Here I will try to provide as many as resources as I have and book lists which cab be useful for Group C-Exams for all job-position. And also will upload few old Group-C papers.

Uttarakhand Group C exam stages - 

1. for some posts only one stage i.e. one objective paper   
2. and for some posts two(2) stages i.e. one objective paper + typing i.e. टंकण or आशुलिपि (hindi/eng) on typewriter or computer.     

Written Exam/Test - This will be of Objective type(Multiple-choice).


Total number of questions   =  100

Total marks                      =  100

So, 1 question will be of 1 mark.

Penalty for wrong answers-

1. There will be provision of negative marking i.e. 1/4th(- 0.25) marks will be deducted as penalty.
2. Also if you tick/mark two answers of a question it will be treated as wrong. Again 1/4th marks will be deducted.
   
   
   

Duration of exam - objective:
    Question paper will be of 2 hours (or 120 minutes)


They will provide you OMR answer sheet in exam hall. This OMR sheet will  
also contain a carbon copy of your OMR sheet, which after completion of exam can be kept with you.(Because of a provision of Uttarakhand government that a candidate must be given a copy of his marked answers i.e. OMR sheet)

Also you will be allowed to take question paper with you.

Now what they will ask in question paper?

As question paper will be of 100 marks(100 question). 

1. 50 questions will be related to the subject of minimum qualification required for that post.
   
   For example, if the post is Computer Operator, they will ask 50                questions related to  basic knowledge of computer, use of computer etc.
2. The remaining 50 questions will be from General Hindi, General Knowledge, General Studies, Uttarakhand's Geographical(भौगोलिक), Cultural(सांस्कृतिक), Economical(आर्थिक) and Historical(ऐतिहासिक) background questions. Also few(1-4) questions can be from basic maths or reasoning.
